  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment gateways.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • PANORA HOME reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

5. Product Usage Guidelines

To get the best performance from your PANORA HOME cookware:

  • Use low to medium heat for nonstick pans and tawa to preserve the coating.
  • Use only wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils — avoid metal utensils that can scratch the surface.
  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers for cleaning. Use a soft sponge with mild dish soap.
  • Allow the pan to cool before washing to prevent warping.
  • Not suitable for use in microwave ovens.
  • Compatible with gas, electric, and induction stovetops (check individual product specifications).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the PANORA HOME website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and graphics — is the intellectual property of PANORA HOME and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PANORA HOME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
